What is a Psychology Programme?
Psychology is an academic discipline that focuses on the study of human beings, particularly the mental, emotional, and behavioural aspects that influence one’s actions. Psychology can be applied across various contexts of life—from understanding human interactions within social environments to examining individual behaviours shaped by roles or social status.
As complex beings, humans often respond differently to certain situations or external factors. This is why Psychology plays such an important role in helping us understand and manage these dynamics. Through the study of Psychology, we are invited to better understand ourselves, others, and how to behave appropriately in diverse environments or situations.
