JOB DESCRIPTIONS :
Provides technical assistance for audio and video systems used in educational and event environments:
- Install, configure, and maintain AV equipment such as projectors, sound systems, video displays, cameras and video conferencing tools
- Set up and support AV systems for meetings, events, conferences and presentations
REQUIREMENTS :
- Minimum S1 – of any degree
- Male or Female
- English Proficiency
- 2+ years of experience in AV technical support, troubleshooting and setup
- Experience with video conferencing platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex or equivalent
- Knowledge of video codecs, streaming protocols and networked AV systems
- Familiarity with audio equipment such as microphones, mixers, amplifiers, and speakers
- Basic understanding of network infrastructure and IP-based AV systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
