JOB DESCRIPTIONS :
- Overseeing all construction and renovation projects on the campus, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards
- Supervising project teams, monitoring construction progress, and conducting quality control inspections of all new and renovated facilities
REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00
- Male or Female
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience as a Quality Control
- Strong understanding of how to prepare a Bill of Quantities (BoQ) and project budget (RAB – Rencana Anggaran Biaya)
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of construction methods and techniques
- Proficient in operating AutoCAD, 3D SketchUp and Microsoft Office
