JOB DESCRIPTIONS :
- Managing all financial aspects of construction projects, from initial cost estimates to the final budget. This role involves preparing detailed Bill of Quantities (BoQ)
- Monitoring project expenditures, and ensuring all financial records are accurate and up to date
- Controlling project costs and ensuring value for money
REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Quantity Surveying from a reputable university
- Male or Female
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction or real estate sector
- Proven experience in cost estimation, BoQ preparation, and contract administration
- Proficient in using AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and other relevant software for quantity surveying
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and financial management
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
