Our Industrial Engineering program equips students with various skills to describe, evaluate, design, modify, control and improve the performance of complex systems, while upholding sustainability, continuous improvement, and system integration. These comprehensive skills are highly valued in today business enterprises, providing industrial engineers with plenty of career opportunities and advancement. Thus, if you are keen to analyze and formulate abstract models to improve complex systems, or to address the role of the human decision-maker to the inherent complexity of systems and primary benefactor of the analysis, Industrial Engineering program is the right choice for you.

Laurence, S.T., M.T.

Director of Administration Faculty of Science and Technology

He earned his master degree in Industrial Engineering from Universitas Pelita Harapan. Laurence's research interests are in life cycle assessment, statistical quality control, and production planning & inventory control.

Eric Jobiliong, Ph.D.

Dean of Faculty of Science and Technology & School of Information Science and Technology

Eric joined the Industrial Engineering Department Universitas Pelita Harapan in 2007, as lecturer in Physics and Math. He graduated from Physics department at Universitas Indonesia (UI) in 1996. He has served as the executive director of center for research and community development (CRCD) since 2013 and became the chairman of CRCD in 2017. In 1997, he obtained the University Research for Graduate Education (URGE) Project Scholarship for his master degree in Physics at UI and graduated with cum laude in 1999. In 2002, he started his doctoral program in Physics at Florida State University (FSU). He got postdoctoral fellowship at Georgetown University, USA in 2006. He also received Fulbright-DIKTI research program in 2011 to do research in USA. His research interest is in condensed matter Physics and laser spectroscopy. He has published more than 30 international journal papers with H-Index of 9 according to Scopus (July 2017). He has working experience both as teacher and employee in private industry, but he believes that his calling is in teaching. He also believes that teaching is not only transferring knowledge but also reaching out and transforming lives.

Priskila Christine Rahayu, S.Si., M.T.

Head of Industrial Engineering

Priskila Christine is the best graduate from the Computer Science Study Program from the Department of Mathematics at Universitas Kristen Immanuel, Yogyakarta, and the Industrial Engineering Master's Study Program at UPH. She is a member of the Clean Resources and Production Efficiency Experts Association (PAESPBI) and her research interest is Information Systems Analysis and Design.
