2ND WINNER at INSTINC.

Universitas Pelita Harapan (UPH) Lippo Village Industrial Engineering students brought home the first runner-up title in yet another national-scale competition. This event, which focuses on Green Industry, requires participants to look for tangible solutions to real-life problems present in PT Intera Lestari Polimer (Enviplast). This competition is part of the INSTINC (Inter-University Competition) event series, held on March 26-29, 2019, at UPH Lippo Village Campus.

This competition is part of the INSTINC (Inter-University Competition) event series, held on March 26-29, 2019, at UPH Lippo Village Campus.

After competing with universities from all around Indonesia, UPH made it into the finale and managed to secure the second spot. Universitas Indonesia won the competition, and Universitas Gadjah Mada won the third place. UPH’s team consists of Vincent Tiogana (Industrial Automation 2016), Marcellina (Industrial Automation 2016), and Billy Viyanto (Industrial Management 2016). The team shared their experience joining the competition, specifically when competing in the final round, entitled ‘industry exploration’.

3rd WINNER IN 2015 LKTI

On March 8-12, 2015, the UPH Industrial Engineering Study Program sent 2 teams to compete in the 2015 Industrial Engineering Science Competition (LKTI), and this event was held by the Industrial Engineering University of Indonesia (UI). At the year, LKTI’s theme was “Increasing the Competitiveness of Gas Based Industry to Support Energy Security through Strategic Management”.

Each team was given time to formulate solutions and recommendations related to the gas industry in Indonesia. The first team from UPH won the third place, where the first and second winners were won by a team from the Institute Teknologi Sepuluh November and Universitas Kristen Petra.

3RD WINNER IN LKTI 2014

Four UPH Industrial Engineering students (Fernando, Wibowo, Gloria, and Petrick) won the 3rd place in Lomba Keilmuan Teknik Industri held by Universitas Indonesia from March 9-13, 2014. Since 2001, LKTI (Lomba Keilmuan Teknik Industri) is continuously conducted by Industrial Engineering students of Universitas Indonesia.

LKTI is widely known as scientific competition among Industrial Engineer student in order to enhance the ability of solving industrial problem. LKTI is not only a discussion and knowledge sharing forum, but also a place to implement the concept of Industrial Engineering in the real world.
