Event Description
The Blood Donation program will be held again! For those of you who want to donate blood, make sure to participate in this event!
Terms and conditions:
- Age range: 17?-?60 years old.
- Minimum weight of 45 kg.
- The distance between donor donations is at least 3 months since the previous blood donor.
- Not being sick and having an infectious disease (including?hepatitis B / C, malaria, syphilis, hypertension, hemophilia and other infectious diseases).
- Having a sleep at least for?5 hours before blood donation.
- For women: not menstruating, breastfeeding and pregnant.
- Not taking drugs (including herbs) in the last 3-5 days.
- Encouraged to consume foods low in fat and high in iron 1 hour before blood donation.
- Avoid heavy training and heavy loads; drink enough water before blood donation.
- Avoid alcoholic and caffeinated drinks.
- Not getting vaccines in the past 4 weeks (Rubella, Chickenpox, Hepatitis B).
There are also several optional tests at a cost of Rp. 40,000 for 3 tests, including:
- Cholesterol test
- Blood sugar test
- Gout test
