Creative people are always optimistic, thinking positively, and willing to do something new. This creative thinking needs to be possesed by teachers. Therefore, one could give the best to the students. The obstacles being faced to be creative were the activities, laziness to change, habit of doing the same routine, and the absence of being creative. Therefore, it needs self motivation. Starting from doing something positive, such as developing curiosity, being brave to accept challenge, confidence to finish the tasks, looking at the positive side, and turning a problem into something better. These tips were explained in a seminar entitled ?The Greatest Gift You can Give Your Students? by speaker Haryo Ardito, one of Indonesian motivators who have inspired a lot of people through his workshop and books. The seminar was held on Thursday, November 24, 2011 at UPH Graduate Campus, Plaza Semanggi. The seminar was attended by 35 teachers from various schools. The participants engaged on the workshop of practicing several activities that could develop creativity.
