Business Week 2015 was a series of events fully organized by Himpunan Mahasiswa Jurusan Manajemen (HMJM) Business School UPH.
?Explore the business world, dare to dream, and discover your passion,? was the tagline of Business Week 2015 held on March 7-8th, 2015 at Ciputra World Kuningan. Business Week 2015 was a series of events fully organized by Himpunan Mahasiswa Jurusan Manajemen (HMJM) Business School UPH.
According to Gana Adi Samertya, Management 2012, as the Head of Business Week 2015, this event was the embodiment of HMJM UPH vision, which is to strengthen the position as the leading global business school in Indonesia and to set forth UPH Business School to the public. Business Week this year also seized a different concept, which was held off campus. ?This event is intended to bring UPH to the bigger world as well as transferring the brand new knowledge and perspective to the youngster in terms of business world and its trend,? uttered Felicia Wang as the President of HMJM UPH. This event was started by a pre-event namely Business Week on February 4th, 2015. Then on March 7-8th, 2015 became the highlight of Business Week, which comprised of Business Competition, where participants must come up with business plan and business case with the theme of sustainability concerning profit, people, planet;
Business Gathering, a convention of young businessmen who have top-notch local businesses in Indonesia like innovative foods, garment, unique accessories and other products that fall under creative industry. Refer to that, Business Gathering was themed Creatipreneur, taken from the word ?Creative Industry? and ?Entrepreneur?. During these two events, there was also a Business Runway Exhibition in which several bazaar tenants sold local products. Lastly, this whole event was closed with Gala Dinner where all guests of honor could meet up with the Business Gathering speakers; enjoyed the fine dining with the live music performance from UPH students.
