Once again, UPH Communication Student held its annual event, the 11th ?Communication Avenue?. This year, Communication Avenue, or Comvee, on June 12-17, 2017 at the UPH Campus, Karawaci, Tangerang.

Once again, UPH Communication Student held its annual event, the 11th ?Communication Avenue?. This year, Communication Avenue, or Comvee, was held on June 12-17, 2017 at the UPH Campus, Karawaci, Tangerang.
With the theme ?The Rise of Modern Communication?, this event aims to introduce today?s advanced communication technology compared to the olden days and also about communication studies itself.
Just as in previous years, Comvee always presents a line of guest stars, making it an always-anticipted event. This time, the committee presented Indonesian singer, Isyana Sarasvati on June 12, 2017, which was also the day when Communication Avenue 2017 officially started.
During the opening event, both lecturers and deans of UPH Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP), including Prof. Aleksius Jemadu, Ph.D. were also present, to show the faculty?s support and appreciation towards the committee. |

Comvee 2017 includes a series of events and activities, one of them is RADIO ANNOUNCING COMPETITION (RAC) with the theme ?Social Media Invasion: Then and now?, which aims to hone the skills of young announcers. This competition is also open for High School students as well as University students. Aside from that, there were also workshop classes such as ?Makna? / ?Meaning?, which was brought by Keenan Pearce?s and Emina Beauty Class? team; the workshop was closed with a performance by Clarissa Dewi on June 17, at 19.00 at PIK Avenue and seminar with Yassa Singgil, owner of Men?s Republic, as key speaker.
