On Campus Recruitment: PT. MITRA ADI PERKASA, TBK

PT. Mitra Adi Perkasa, Tbk. (MAP) together with UPH Career Center had an On Campus Recruitment (OCR) program, which happened on Wednesday, September 13, 2104 at the Multipurpose Room, MYC, UPH. 31 people, including UPH senior students and alumni attended the event by PT. MAP, Tbk.

The event began with the introduction of the company and explanation about the career in PT. MAP, Tbk. by Tiffany Andriani, Human Resources Staff of PT. MAP, Tbk. As the biggest retail shops in Indonesia, which has 1625 stores, PT. MAP, Tbk has a commitment to grow every year. This point makes a great chance for the applicants to get a job in this company.

The OCR program was different than before, PT. MAP, Tbk. now opened the new program for Manager Trainee. This fast-track program will be held for six months of training and after the training is completed they will be put in the manager position. Not only that, they also opened a recruitment program for the new part-time staff as well.

Psychological Test Session

In this session, the applicants had a Q&A session with the company, as well as they were given a shopping voucher for those who answered the questions about the company correctly. After the whole presentation was done, the event continued with the psychological test for an hour. The applicants for the part-timer staff job were interviewed after the lunchtime.

?This is not our first time to have a chance to work together with UPH. There are a lot of applicants and staff coming from there. Most of them have a really good impression; they work so hard and they have good potential in the company.
