Accounting Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTIONS :

  • Manage and supervise the full cycle of accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and cost accounting
  • Prepare and analyze accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PSAK and IFRS, as applicable
  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Support the tax team with financial data in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with all Indonesian tax regulations
  • Develop, implement, and maintain robust internal control procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity
  • Conduct financial analysis, provide insightful reports, and make recommendations to management on financial performance and strategic initiatives
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and resolve any financial discrepancies
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and high performance
  • Participate in budget preparation and financial forecasting activities
  • Ensure adherence to corporate governance principles and internal company policies

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Bachelor's degree in applicable field such as Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a reputable university
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional accounting qualification is highly preferred
  • Having min 7 years of relevant work experience in accounting and finance roles, preferably in Supervisor / Assistant Managerial level 
  • Mandatory: Proven extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of Indonesian Accounting Standards (PSAK) and their practical application
  • Proficiency in financial software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g. Accurate, Oracle (preferred), Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Excellent command of both Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal, for effective communication with local teams and international stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS :

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Quantity Surveying from a reputable university
  • Male or Female
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction or real estate sector
  • Proven experience in cost estimation, BoQ preparation, and contract administration
  • Proficient in using AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and other relevant software for quantity surveying
