JOB DESCRIPTIONS :
- Manage and supervise the full cycle of accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and cost accounting
- Prepare and analyze accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PSAK and IFRS, as applicable
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes
- Support the tax team with financial data in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with all Indonesian tax regulations
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust internal control procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity
- Conduct financial analysis, provide insightful reports, and make recommendations to management on financial performance and strategic initiatives
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and resolve any financial discrepancies
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and high performance
- Participate in budget preparation and financial forecasting activities
- Ensure adherence to corporate governance principles and internal company policies
REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor's degree in applicable field such as Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a reputable university
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional accounting qualification is highly preferred
- Having min 7 years of relevant work experience in accounting and finance roles, preferably in Supervisor / Assistant Managerial level
- Mandatory: Proven extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of Indonesian Accounting Standards (PSAK) and their practical application
- Proficiency in financial software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g. Accurate, Oracle (preferred), Microsoft Dynamics)
- Excellent command of both Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal, for effective communication with local teams and international stakeholders
