Through the Accounting Department, students will learn how to prepare and interpret financial statement, design information system, audit and post the result, prepare and report taxes of institution, and analyze financial feasibility and investment.

Dra. Gracia Shinta S. Ugut, M.B.A., Ph.D. is the Dean of Faculty of Economics and Business. She teaches Corporate Finance; Valuation; Derivatives; Enterprise Risk Management; Strategic Management; Entrepreneurial Finance courses. She earned her Bachelor of Management from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan, Master of Business Administration from University of Mississippi, and Ph.D in Financial Economics with Latin honor from Vienna University of Economics (Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien, In Austria) under the North-South Dialogue Program, scholarship program from the European Union. Aside from teaching at university, she is also a certified trainer for microfinance from The Consultative Group to Assist the Pooerest ( CGAP) - World bank.
Niel B. Nielson,
Ph.D.
Advisor of Faculty of Economics and Business
Dr. Niel Nielson earned his Master of Arts and Ph.D. degrees in philosophy from Vanderbilt University in the USA. He has served as professor and university president, and also has worked in business and in church ministry. Currently he serves as Senior Advisor to Yayasan Pendidikan Pelita Harapan, and also on boards of directors of both for-profit and not-for-profit enterprises.

Dr. Drs. Antonius Herusetya, Ak., CA., M.M. is a lecturer of Accounting Study Program. He teaches Financial Accounting, Accounting Theory, Auditing, Accounting Research Methodology and Capita Selecta-Accounting Seminar courses. His areas of interest include audit quality, financial accounting, and capital markets. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from University of Indonesia (FEB UI), Master in Management in the field of Finance from Universitas Tarumanagara, and Doctorate Degree in Accounting Science from University of Indonesia (FEB UI). He is also registered as a State Register Accountant, and Chartered Accountant (AC), an active professional member of the Institute of Indonesia Chartered Accountants and member of the American Academic Accounting Association (AAA).
