Prof. Dr. Bintan R. Saragih, S.H. is a senior academic and constitutional law expert who has played a significant role in the development of constitutional thought and legal education in Indonesia. With extensive experience as a lecturer, researcher, and speaker in various academic forums, he is well known for his contributions to constitutional studies. One of his notable works is a book entitled Ilmu Negara, published in 2025.
Dr. Velliana Tanaya, S.H., M.H. is a legal scholar specializing in civil law, particularly contract law and tort law. With a strong academic background and extensive experience in teaching and research, she actively contributes to the development of legal education grounded in critical analysis. In addition to her academic role, she has served as the Dean of the Faculty of Law at Universitas Pelita Harapan since 2022.
Dr. V. Esti Purnama Sari, S.H., M.Hum. is the Head of the Undergraduate Law Program at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Pelita Harapan. She teaches Introduction to Law, Customary Law, Civil Law, and Property and Inheritance Law. She earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta and her Doctoral degree from Universitas Pelita Harapan. She actively contributes to curriculum development and the enhancement of legal education quality at UPH.
Dr. Jonker Sihombing, S.H., M.H. adalah Dosen Program Studi Hukum. Ia mengajar mata kuliah Hukum Pajak; Hukum Pasar Modal; Hukum Perbankan. Ia meraih gelar Sarjana Hukum dari Universitas Krisnadwipayana, Sarjana Ekonomi dari Universitas Sumatera Utara, Master of Arts dari University of Alabama, Magister Hukum dari Universitas Padjajaran, Doktor Hukum dari Universitas Padjajaran.
Prof. Jamin Ginting is a Professor and legal academic at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Pelita Harapan. He specializes in criminal law, particularly corruption offenses, and actively promotes practice-based legal research and education. He is also involved in various academic and professional forums contributing to the development of Indonesian law.
Prof. Dr. Agus Budianto, S.H., M.Hum. is both an academic and a legal practitioner specializing in Corporate Criminal Law. His professional experience as a practitioner is consistently integrated into his academic activities, ensuring that his teaching is not only theoretical but also enriched with practical perspectives and real case studies.
Prof. Dr. Fajar Sugianto, S.H., M.H. was awarded the title of Professor in 2026. He is a lecturer and also serves as a mediator and arbitrator at LAPS SJK. His experience as a practitioner enriches his academic career. His expertise lies in Business Law, particularly Capital Market Law.
Dr. Christine Susanti, S.H., M.Hum. is both an academic and practitioner specializing in Criminal Law, particularly narcotics-related offenses. She teaches Criminal Law and Legal Practice 2.
Yuni P. Ginting is a lecturer at the Faculty of Law UPH specializing in Criminal Law, particularly issues related to sexual harassment. She also serves as the Head of the Task Force for the Prevention and Handling of Violence in Higher Education at UPH.
Dr. Dwi Putra Nugraha, S.H., M.H. is a lecturer at the Faculty of Law UPH specializing in constitutional law. He teaches State Theory, Administrative Law, and Constitutional Law.
Jery Shalmont, S.H., M.H. is a lecturer in Business Law. Her professional experience in business law significantly contributes to his academic teaching, particularly in Corporate Law and Legal Practice 1.
Hosiana Gultom is an active lecturer at the Faculty of Law UPH. He teaches Intellectual Property Law and Labor Law and also serves as the Head of the Legal Aid Institute of the Faculty of Law UPH.
Jessica Vincentia Marpaung, S.H., LL.M. adalah Dosen Program Studi Hukum. Ia mengajar mata kuliah Pengantar Hukum Indonesia; Pengantar Ilmu Hukum; Ilmu Negara; Torts; Hukum dan HAM. Ia meraih gelar Sarjana Hukum dari Universitas Pelita Harapan, Master of Law dari Harvard University.
Yossi Niken Respati, S.H., M.H. is a lecturer at the Faculty of Law UPH with expertise in Intellectual Property Law. She teaches Intellectual Property Law and Environmental Law.
Ellora Sukardi, S.Sn., S.H., M.H. is a lecturer at the Faculty of Law UPH and is currently pursuing her doctoral studies. She also teaches at the Faculty of Music. Her expertise includes Intellectual Property Law and Labor Law.
Laurenzia Luna, S.Sos., M.H. is a lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Pelita Harapan, specializing in International Law. She actively teaches courses related to international law and is committed to providing students with a comprehensive understanding of contemporary international legal developments.
Prof. Teguh Prasetyo is a Professor at the Faculty of Law UPH and a prominent legal scholar in Indonesia. He actively teaches and develops legal studies using a critical and reflective approach. He is known for his legal theory, widely recognized as the “Dignified Justice Theory.” His expertise lies in Criminal Law and Legal Research Methodology.
Prof. Dr. jur. Udin Silalahi, S.H., LL.M., is one of the lecturers at UPH Faculty of Law who has been appointed a full professor. Prof. Udin integrates academic and practical perspectives in all his teachings. He is a lecturer who is actively teaching in the field of Business Law, particularly Competition Law.
Dr. Henry Soelistyo, S.H., LL.M. is a senior academic at Universitas Pelita Harapan specializing in business law, particularly Intellectual Property Law. In addition to being an academic, he is also an experienced practitioner in the field of intellectual property. He currently serves as the Head of the Doctoral (S3) Program in Law at UPH.
Dr. Fransiscus Xaverius Wartoyo, S.H., M.H., M.Pd. is a lecturer at the Faculty of Law UPH, actively teaching Constitutional Law and Administrative Court Law.
Prof. Michelle Limenta is a legal academic at the Faculty of Law UPH specializing in International Law, particularly International Trade Law. As both an academic and practitioner, she integrates her professional experience into teaching International Law and International Trade Law courses.
Dr. Susi Susantijo, S.H., LL.M. is a senior lecturer at the Faculty of Law UPH with a teaching focus on Human Rights Law. She also serves as the Head of the Master’s Program (S2) in Notarial Law at the Faculty of Law UPH.
Steffi Yan, S.H., M.Kn. is a junior lecturer at the Faculty of Law UPH specializing in Agrarian Law. She currently teaches Contract Law, Criminal Law, and Introduction to Indonesian Law.
Revianty, S.H., M.H. is a junior lecturer at the Faculty of Law UPH who actively teaches Contract Law, Criminal Law, and Introduction to Indonesian Law.
Prisca Octavia Rumokoy, S.H., M.H., LL.M., Ph.D. is a legal academic who began her career as a legal practitioner. Her academic and professional experience enriches her teaching at the Faculty of Law UPH, where she focuses on Business Law, particularly International Trade Law.
Jessica Los Banos is an active lecturer of foreign nationality at the Faculty of Law UPH. She teaches in the International Class, particularly Contract Law, and contributes to legal education development through research and academic publications.
John Riady, BA., MBA., JD is a Senior Advisor at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Pelita Harapan (UPH). His contributions have fostered the growth and development of the Faculty of Law at UPH.
