JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

The Data Analyst will work with other ITD Departments to establish a robust data platform that will collect, process, and distribute accurate and relevant data and information to all the units including students, lecturers, and administrators within the university as well as to various external organizations that the university engages.

The Data Analyst will also work to prepare and distribute the data and information to various units using the available data toolsets. And therefore, he/she must be also able to communicate, support, and train the Data Stewardship Teams in various units to be able to achieve the university vision, missions & values by working towards the established UPH Data Mapping Plan.

REQUIREMENTS :

• A bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) in various technology fields
• Data analyst for minimum 2 years in data analysis (exploration, preparation, modeling, reporting) or data engineer for minimum 2 years in building & managing ETL on various data platform
• Working knowledge in Python or R, SQL, and Excel for data analysis as well as data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Data Storage, Integration & Reporting Tools (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS), Microsoft Tools (Power Query, Power Automate), Oracle Database & Dynamics 365 would be plus
• Good communicator both in English and Indonesian
• Self-learning, result-oriented, comfortable working with ambiguity in data projects
• The team-oriented mindset to pursue win-win solutions for all stakeholders
