Overview

The Neurology Study Program at the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Pelita Harapan is a four-year specialist medical education program established as part of the Faculty of Medicine’s Strategic Plan to support the expansion of access to specialist medical education and to enhance the quality of healthcare services in Indonesia. The program was developed through comprehensive studies and benchmarking with various neurology training programs at both national and international levels. Its implementation is supported by the clinical service capacity of the Department of Neurology at UPH, with a particular strength in pain management. The program received official approval from the Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia through Decree No. 1517/B1/HK.03.00/2025 dated June 3, 2025, and officially commenced academic activities in mid-2025.
