Dr. Gracia Ugut has an extensive experience in managing Higher Education institutions and international partnerships, with a strong academic background as a faculty member and business developer in academic settings. From 2001-2013, she was the Dean-Executive Education at the Asian Institute of Management, the oldest business school in Asia set up by Harvard Business School and the Ford Foundation in 1968, in Manila, the Philippines, and held full professor rank for Finance and Banking at the Institute.
Before joining the institute, she had been working as a banker in several American and European multinational banking institutions in Europe and Southeast Asia. She is also a certified trainer from Consultative Group to Assist the Poorest (CGAP-World Bank) for microfinance in Asia. She was serving as a Senior Advisor to the Board of CARD MRI, the largest Microfinance Institution in the Philippines, from 2005-2012 and Head of Panel of Jury of Arabia CSR Forum Award in Dubai, UAE, from 2008-2016.
Since returning to Jakarta in 2014, she has been the Dean of Universitas Pelita Harapan (UPH) Business School. She served as Council Member of Global Education Council at the World Economic Forum (WEF) between 2015-2017. Trained as a financial economist, her research interest is in capital market, fixed income, and she is continuously exploring ideas at the intersection between modern finance and sustainability/ ESG issues.
Gracia Ugut earned her Ph.D. in Financial Economics from Vienna University of Economics (Austria) in 1995 under the North- South Dialogue Program, a scholarship program from the European Union. She is married with two adult children.

Dr. Andree Emmanuel Widjaja is Dean of Faculty Information Technology. He teaches Information System Study Program. He teaches Organizational Behavior, Business Intelligence and Analytics, Statistics and Probability, Innovation Management, Management Information Systems, E-business and E-commerce, Digital Marketing, IT Security and Risk Management, Human Computer Interaction, Information Systems Auditing and Control, Project Risk Management, and Strategic Management courses. His areas of interest include social commerce, cyberpsychology, social media, and MIS. He earned Doctorate Degree in International Management majoring in IT, Operations, and Decisions from NCKU, Taiwan.

Prof. Dr. Diena Mutiara Lemy, A.Par., M.M., CHE is the Dean of Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism. She teaches Trend and Tourist Behaviour,Introduction to Tourism Knowledge and Hospitality, Marketing for Tourism and Hospitality, Collaboration, Technology, and Experiences,Service Management for Hospitality and Tourism,Planning and Development, and Sustainable Tourism courses. Her areas of interest sustainable tourism, and tourism trend. She earned her Doctoral Degree majoring in Service Management from Trisakti University. She is also Secretary General of The Association of Indonesia Tourism Higher Education (Hildiktipari, Himpunan Lembaga Pendidikan Tinggi Pariwisata Indonesia).

Prof. Dr. Sabrina O. Sihombing, S.E., M.Bus is the Department Chair of the Doctor of Management Study Program. She completed her Bachelor of Economics (S.E.) at Satya Wacana Christian University, Salatiga, then earned her Master of Business (M.Bus.) degree in Marketing Management from Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane – Australia, and obtained her Doctorate (Dr.) degree in Marketing Management from Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta. A number of studies have been conducted and published in reputable journals, including “Youth Perceptions Toward Corruption and Integrity: Indonesian Context” “Integration of Theory of Planned Behavior and Health Belief Model for Predicting the Intention of Covid-19 Vaccine: Empirical Study in Indonesia” ”Assessing Indonesian Youth Acceptance of Corruption: Applying the Stimulus-Organism-Response Framework” ”The Integration of Social Media to the Theory of Planned Behavior: A Case Study in Indonesia” and ‘The Identification of Personal Values and Buying Behavior of Youth During Covid-19 Pandemic in the Indonesian Context’.

Dr. Meitolo Hulu, S.ST., M.M. is the Department Chair of Master of Tourism at Universitas Pelita Harapan. He earned his doctoral degree at Gadjah Mada University. His research topics are tourism village development, coastal tourism area development, community based tourism, sustainable tourism development. He is also active as a member of the Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah (RPJMN) for Tourism Development 2024-2025 of Bappenas RI.

Dr. Ir. Dewi Sri Surya Wuisan, M.M. is Department Chair of MARS. She is also a Lecturer of Management Study Program. She teaches Management Science; Financial management; Entrepreneurship; Human Resources; Information System Management; Introduction to Entrepreneurship; Business communication; Marketing Basics; Introduction to Business courses. Her research interests include management, business, marketing, entrepreneurship, and HR. She earned her doctoral degree from Universitas Pelita Harapan. Asides from teaching at university, she is also a certified financial planner (CFP).

I Made Murwantara, S.SI., M.KOM., PH.D. is Department Chair of Magister of Informatics. He teaches Cloud Computing, Advanced Software Engineering, Frontier Technology, Studio Perancangan Aplikasi Software Engineering, and Operational Research courses. His areas of interest include software product line engineering for and in cloud computing, internet of things, data science, and search-based software engineering. He earned his PhD in Computer Science from University of Birmingham in the UK. He is also a Certified Educator.

Dr. Amelda Pramezwary, A.PAR., M.M., CHE is the Department Chair of Hospitality Management Study Program. She teaches Etiquette and Protocol, Service Management for Hospitality and Tourism, Hotel Facility Design, Planning and Development, Planning and Development, and Sustainable Tourism courses. Her areas of sustainable gastronomy, service management, and sustainable tourism. She earned Doctoral program in Service Management from Faculty of Economics at Trisakti University. She is also a National Assessor of the Board of National Accreditaion for Higher Education (BAN-PT), and actively takes part in helping the Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of Indonesia, working on various projects related to the national sustainable tourism development since 2010.

Dr. Dra. Wijaya Triwacananingrum, SE., M.A., AK., CA., CMA., CSP. is the Department Chair of Accounting Study Program. She teaches Managerial Accounting, Sustainability Reporting, Cost Accounting, Basic Financial Accounting, and Corporate Governance and Ethics courses. Marincan Pardede received his Bachelor (S.Si.) degree in Physics from North Sumatera University (USU) in 1996. Master and Doctor Degree in Optoelectronic from University of Indonesia, in 1998 and 2003. From 1996 up to now his research field in Applied Atomic Spectroscopy using Laser-Plasma Spectroscopy for elemental analysis besides mechanism of laser-plasma generation. He got several research grants, including the World class Research grant from Indonesian Government (Dikti). From 2003 up to now he joined Dept. of Electrical Engineering, Universitas Pelita Harapan.

He teaches courses in engineering economics; production planning and control, quality control and assurance, life cycle engineering, introduction to industrial engineering. His research interests are data science, engineering economics, quality control and assurance, and production planning. He earned his master’s degree in industrial engineering from Universitas Pelita Harapan.

Dr. Ir. Evo Sampetua Hariandja, M.M., have over 32 years of highly successful cumulative experience in various industries such as the automotive, manufacturing, healthcare, training, consulting, and higher education industries. Three global automotive brands (Mitsubishi, Volkswagen, and Chevrolet) are responsible for corporate strategy, product and marketing planning, marketing research, training and development, and business planning. He is responsible for continuous productivity improvement and industrial system engineering in the manufacturing industry. His responsibilities in the healthcare industry involved business development, network development, marketing strategy, brand management, and business planning. His responsibilities in the training and consulting industry were training design, marketing, branding, innovation, business plan, strategy, competition, and service & product development. In the higher education industry, He is responsible for teaching, research, and community services with interests: in hospitality management, service innovation, product development, innovation and entrepreneurship, marketing and brand strategy, corporate strategy, dynamic capability, and the automotive industry.
Dr. Evo Sampetua Hariandja graduated with a bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering from the Institute of Technology Bandung. He got the Master of Management degree from Institut Bisnis and Informatika IBII, majoring in Finance and minor in Marketing. He got a doctoral degree in Entrepreneurship Technology Management from the Institute of Technology Bandung, specializing in interaction between service innovation capability and dynamic marketing capability.

Prof. Ardi is an Associate Professor at Universitas Pelita Harapan Business School and a Faculty Member in the Master of Management, Master of Education, and Master of Hospital Administration Programs.
Some of his education experiences in managing schools started in 1993 as Finance and Administration Manager of Sekolah Pelita Harapan – Karawaci & Sentul, Board member of Sekolah Tirta Marta-BPK Penabur, Executive Director of Sekolah Harapan Bangsa – Modernland & Bukit Modern, Raffles International Christian School, and Stamford International School, Director of STIMIK Raharja, Vice Rector Administration & Admission of Institut Teknologi; Bisnis Kalbe (Kalbis), and Vice-Rector Administration and Marketing Communication of Universitas Tujuh Belas Agustus 1945 (UTA 45).

Dr. Drs. John Tampil Purba, M.M. is a lecturer of Management Study Program. He teaches courses on Management Information System; Strategic Management; Strategic Marketing Management; Research Methods; Integrated Marketing Communication. He earned his doctorate degree from De La Salle University Systems, Manila. Besides teaching at the university, he received Certified Indonesian Institute for Directorship (CIICD), and Certified IT Governance (Netrain Jakarta), Certified Project Management (Bappenas RI).
