UPH Business School Held a Job Placement with PT. Lippo Karawaci Tbk. And Bank Nasional Nobu

UPH Business School, once again held a Job Placement in July 2, 2014.

UPH Business School, once again held a Job Placement in July 2, 2014 at the Multipurpose Room, MYC. Job Placement is a special tool, to unite companies from Lippo Group with UPH final year students and also the fresh graduates. By working together with two reputable companies, PT. Lippo Karawaci Tbk. and PT. Bank Nasional Nobu Tbk., this 2nd Batch Job Placement has managed to filter 15 students from UPH Business School with 3 phases, which is a psychological test, a presentation from the two companies and an interview.

PT. Lippo Karawaci Tbk. was represented by Jahja Sunarta (Senior Talent Acquisition and Development Manager) and Mario Audris (Corporate Recruitment Manager). Whilst, PT. Bank Nasional Nobu Tbk. was represented by Mario Satrio (Corporate Secretary) and Chandra Kusdianto (HR Division Head).

 

Grace Salim conveyed her message

 

Grace Salim, UPH Business School of the Faculty of Administration Director, conveyed her message to the Job Placement participants. ?Today is an opportunity for you all, our students who we have known with both your accomplishments and characters. Now, you are met directly with these business people who need workers. And you also have to always remember that nothing is instant. Always be a butterfly who struggles out of its cocoon. Process, time and struggle are needed. Just like us, if we want to be a successful person in our career, we would have to pass through a long learning process,? explained Grace.
For this year Job Placement, Lippo Karawaci?s side offered a faster career path through programs such as : Management Training Program (a speed path program to be a specialist in a certain field for one year) and Management Development Program (a speed path program with the opportunity to be a supervisor or manager for two years).

Nobu Bank also offered a new programs, the Relationship Officer Program Development (RODP). This program will last for 3-6 months to follow the in-house training and on the job training. Later on, their working performance will be evaluated. For this program, applicant will be asked to work for about a year. Nobu Bank hopes that through this program, they can produce human resources with excellent academic ability and also skill and knowledge about product and marketing techniques. RODP is one way to produce a Relationship Officer who is competent on marketing in general and marketing of credit products (lending) specifically, so Relationship Officer who graduated from this program are guaranteed to be ready for placement throughout Nobu Bank office network.

Nobu Bank hopes that this event could be put in a good use by every Business School graduates, to consider and choose company as an alternative in starting their career. Aside from that, Business School graduates who joined Nobu Bank could give a positive contribution to the company and are able to develop their capacity along with the Company growth. (ca/seli)
