Lucia Crysanthy Soedirga, M.Sc.

Lucia Crysanthy Soedirga, M.Sc. adalah Dosen Program Studi Teknologi Pangan. Ia mengajar mata kuliah Mikrobiologi Pangan; Mikrobiologi Pengolahan Pangan; Teknologi Pengolahan Susu; Teknologi Pengemasan dan Penyimpanan Pangan. Bidang minat risetnya meliputi pengolahan produk berbasis susu, plant-protein based, food packaging. Ia meraih gelar sarjana di bidang Teknologi Pangan dari Universitas Pelita Harapan dan Master of Science dalam Teknologi Pangan dari Wageningen University & Research. Selain mengajar di universitas, beliau juga merupakan anggota PATPI (Perhimpunan Ahli Teknologi Pangan Indonesia).
