SMK Teluk Naga?s Students Joined the Radio Announcing Training at UPH

After visiting Teluk Naga Village to give an introduction and basic radio training, Sigit and his team invited the 12 chosen students of SMK Teluk Naga to visit UPH radio lab and had a hands-on-experience as radio announcers, on Thursday (4/3).

The visit, which included a short introduction about equipments in a radio studio as well as requirements of being announcers, was considered as a good opportunity for the Teluk Naga?s students. ?For sure, we could sharpen our talent as a radio announcer, and gain knowledge in this field,? said Nurlandari, one of the SMK Teluk Naga students who was chosen to be a finalist in the next Radio Announcing Competition (RAC) event.

Through this activity, they wished that other students could also have the same experience in terms of recognizing their talents. ?I hope this program will be an annual event held by UPH, so other students would also have the chance to sharpen their talents, just like us,? said Rofiudin, who was also chosen to join the competition.
