In his speech, Jonathan L. Parapak, said that the existence of the stock corner is very relevant to the development of true knowledge and it should be used for human welfare. He also added that the application of knowledge must be based on a noble character.

“I hope we are involved in the stock rather than as a gamble, but as part of economic activity,” he said.

Michael Steven, on that occasion regretted that if there is still a student of economic faculty who do not understand about the stock. He said there is still a gap between practices with the theory given in class. In fact, he said, they will plunge into the world of work. The involvement in the capital markets can provide many benefits but also risks, therefore need the knowledge of the stock market. ?I hope this cooperation will continue to socialize and promote the capital market to the students at UPH,? said Prof. Mooy.

Such cooperation includes providing general information on securities trading activity in the stock market, and companies engaged in capital market, giving seminars and training to the staff and students at UPH, and to support research related to the Stock Exchange field conducted by lecturers and students of UPH.
