UPH Festival 18 “Together in Harmony” held a Distiguished Guest Speaker (DGS) on Friday, 5th August, 2011. There are three different seminars with special experts held. One of the seminars was themed ” The Importance of Strong National Identity in Pluralism.? Moderated by UPH Rector, Dr. (Hon) Jonathan L. Parapak, M.Eng.Sc, the seminar invited speaker DR. Ismail Mohammad, MBA as the Deputy for Programs and Reforms, Ministry of State Apparatus and Administrative Reforms who delivered speech from the Minister for State Apparatus and Administrative Reforms EE Mangindaan. Related to the topic of national identity, the journey of Indonesia has shown the high dynamics of living. “The desire to unite and live together must be constantly maintained because it is a major adhesive factor that will continue to enliven Indonesian?s spirit to survive,” said Ismail delivering E.E.
