The Four Keys of Success from Sandiaga Uno

UPH Festival 20 featured a young successful entrepreneur Sandiaga Uno for welcoming the new 2500 Universitas Pelita Harapan students. The Distinguished Guest Speakers seminar is presented in an interactive talkshow with the moderator John Riady. In his seminar, Sandiaga Uno highlighted the theme ?Reach Higer: Menggapai Prestasi yang Lebih Tinggi? (Reach Higher: Reaching Higher Achievements) to prepare the new students who are going to face the education world in university.

According to this young entrepreneur, who is often addressed by the name Sandi Uno, to reach the higher stage, words alone are not enough; it needs to be followed up by motivations. ?Be the best all you can be,? he said. Sandi Uno also added that after discovering the motivations, the easiest thing to be done is to dream. ?I dreamed about my future self in the next 10 or 15 years, whether my wishes could be fulfilled or not,? he explained. He also underlined that besides education and knowledge, one thing that must not be forgotten is to character building. Character building is a lifetime learning process.
