Android Mobile Programming Seminar for SMK Informatika Serang

SMK Informatika Serang invited UPH Faculty of Computer Science to present a seminar about Android Mobile Programming on December 16, 2013.

SMK Informatika Serang invited UPH Faculty of Computer Science to present a seminar about Android Mobile Programming on December 16, 2013. The idea and the desire to pursue knowledge about Android programs are the driving factors for this seminar to take place. About 150 students of SMK Informatika Serang participated in this seminar that was presented by three UPH lecturers who are expert in computer sciences. They are Dr. David Hareva, Pujianto Yugopuspito, and Yoas Arenest Sutopo who presented the refined programs of Android thoroughly in this seminar.
 
 Nowadays, Android has become one of the needs for teenagers? lifestyle, particularly for students. Taking notice at the enthusiasm of the students who joined in this seminar, Yoas commented that this activity became the first step for collaboration between SMK Informatika ? as the informatics based institute ? and UPH in the future. Further, he also added that this kind of activity served as a part of higher education institution Tri Darma responsibility that is held by every higher education institution. In particular, this activity answered the third pillar of Tri Darma, service for community.
