Vanesa Yuni Huang, an interior design department student of 2012, explained the background of her selected concept for Magnum Caf?, ?I did a survey in Caf? around Jakarta, surprisingly all the visitors of the Caf? were upper class only. Coming from the result I have seen from the survey, I decided to create a concept that can also reach the lower class. Therefore, I made a concept of simplicity, homey, and comfortable, so that everyone from different classes can come and enjoy Magnum too.?

She admitted that she was really happy working on this final assignment project and also proud that her design work could be displayed for exhibition. ?I?m truly happy for the opportunity that be given to display my design work. Even though I spent almost half a month, I was lack of sleep, my hands were cut and exhausting. But in the end, seeing the result, I?m very happy and thinking of maybe a chance to be displayed somewhere else outside UPH.? said Vanesa. (ca/au)
