FISIP UPH Promotes High School Students’ Interest Towards Politic and Business

Politic and business are interrelated and also have become the requirements for those who want to plunge in those fields.

Politic and business are interrelated and also have become the requirements for those who want to plunge in those fields. For better understanding, SMA KRistoforus 2 Jelambar, West Jakarta invited Universitas Pelita Harapan (UPH) to conduct an Introduction Seminar to the Politic and Business with the purpose for students to know and be more interested in the Politic and Business deeply.

 

Seminar which was held on 11 June 2015 at 8-10.30 am at the Auditorium of SMA Kristoforus 2, was delivered interactively by Prof. Aleksius Jemadu, Dean of Faculty of Social and Political Science (FISIP) UPH to 110 students and teachers.

 

Prof. Aleksius in his seminar explained that politic and business are totally interrelated and that impacts both public and private sectors in Indonesia. “The politics major graduates will be enriched with the conceptual framework of thinking, as well as being scrupulous in analyzing the influential policies in every sector in Indonesia,” elaborated Prof. Aleksius. In addition, by learning Politic and Busines gives more opportunities for graduates to pursue careers on the right field.


Students were really enthusiastic to join this seminar. This was shown by so many questions asked by students to Prof. Aleksius as the speaker. (el)
