?Drugs entered our lives because it touches curiosity. Because of that, the right step to be free from drugs is stay away from the bad community, avoid the curiosity to drugs or to try it. Never once open the ?trying? door, for example, try to smoke. A smoker will be more easily persuaded to use drugs,? said Stephen.
Furthermore, Stephen also explained that drugs consumer are divided into several levels, namely the initial level which is for fun, nature recreational and situational, then the middle level, and the level of severe addiction. Compared with the mid-level or severe level, of course, the initial level was very difficult to detect whether the person has been consuming the drugs or not.
Besides the sharing of Stephen, there was also Rita who has the fight against the drugs for 11 tears through the ministry in YBMI.
?Every person must have a desire to be free from the drugs, but it is a difficult process. How hard we try, still there is only one way that could restore the whole human, which relies on God. Only God who is able to recover. So despite of being in this foundation, if the addicts are not geared to rely on the Lord everything will be vain,? said Ria.
After sharing, Stephen showed pictures of The activities at Breakthrough Mission Foundation Indonesia. After the sharing session, participants were divided into small groups for further discussion around the issue of drugs. There were two groups of women and five group of men, each of the group are facilitated by the facilitator from YBMI.
Through this seminar, each Student Leader is expected to be able to know what to do when seeing a friend or someone who are involved with drugs.
