Celebrating The Youth Pledge, UPH again declared ?UPH Abstinence Campaign? against S.A.D (Sex, Alcohol, Drugs). This year, the Abstinence Campaign was themed ?Design for Dignity? as outlined in many events on October 24-27, 2016.

Rev. Albert Mitchell Moore, M.Div., Vice-Rector for Student Affairs said that we all as the human being are valuable, important, and has the specific purpose of God.

?You guys have been designed with dignity. God says that we as human have been created with the specific purpose to glorify God?s name. Therefore when we come out of specific purpose, and say yes to S.A.D, our lives will be damaged?, said Moore.

Moore hopes that through this campaign every person could remember that they have been created by God with dignity and the specific purpose.

He wanted the entire UPH family to keep in mind that each person is designed with dignity by God and should not be destructed. He also reminded that each person should continue to rely on the love of God so that they could be restored.

Not only Moore, UPH Rector also supports this movement through the reading of declaration campaign ?Designed for Dignity?.

?Soon we will celebrate the Youth Pledge, on October 28, 2016. because of that let us celebrate this Youth Pledge with the commitment to live free from drugs, alcohol, sex and  smoking,  and together vows the declaration,? said the Rector followed by the reading of the declaration  which was state by all students, staffs, leaders, and other UPH family gathered at UPH?s park.
