This brief event was filled with a campus tour and a shared lunch. The campus tour began from the F Building, the Basketball Court, Olympic Swimming Pool, Food Junction, MYC Lounge and it ended at Johanes Oentoro Library. Participants were very stunned with the environment of UPH. Some of them gave their testimonial:
?When I entered UPH, there was a slight difference, I was shocked to see the Bible verses in the Food Court. There were very few of something like this in Indonesia. The facilities are great, like the pool and the football field. I hoped, with this program I could feel the cultural differences between Singapore, Indonesia and Toronto. It was so unexpected that there could be such an amazing university like UPH in Indonesia, ? said Birinder Lobana, a University of Toronto student.
?I think this is a very wonderful campus. I really like it. This campus has a very comfortable atmosphere, added with the students and lecturers here who warmly welcomed us,? said Rachel, a student of National University of Singapore. (ca/seli) |
