Testimonials from the winners:

Lucretia (SoD – Visual Communication Design 2011)

For this LIMA Swimming competition, I practiced 2 times a week, but a week before the competition, I increased my practice portion to 3 times a week. In addition, I did physical exercise, consumed nutritious food and had enough rest. The competition was fun and I learned many new experiences. I believe, besides the training  I did, I placed in top three because I stayed focus during the event, praying that all preparations run well, and always be positive that I definitely can do the best.

Congratulations to all of the winners! (ym)
