On Thursday, September 22, 2011, UPH expatriates group had lunch at the STPPH restaurant. This event is one of the regular activities organized by STP Pelita Harapan hospitality students every Tuesday and Thursday. About 20 expatriates consists of lecturers and staffs were invited to taste the cuisine and enjoy the services of STPPH student. The main menu for this time is the Roast Chicken with Mashed Potato and Sauteed Jardiniere Vegetables and Fillet of Fish Grenobloise with Savoyarde Potatoes and Cheese Cauliflower. In this event students from hospitality management major practice the how to served the guests, cooked , made drinks and pastries, served food, and prepared the table.
