| On Friday, April 1, 2011, a presentation about Australia Scholarship Programs brought by Nunik Kristiani, M. Marketing from Australian Embassy was held at UPH. The presentation was held in D 503 at 2 p.m. More than 50 excited students, lecturers, and staffs attended the presentation to know the requirements to get the Australia scholarships.
There are three scholarship programs explained in the presentation; ADS (Australian Development Scholarship), ALA Scholarship (Australian Leadership Award Scholarship), and Endeavour Award. These programs are full scholarship programs that include many benefits, such as tuition and other compulsory fees, editorial/tutorial assistance, return air fares, flight cost for overseas fieldwork, establishment allowance, provision of student visa, living allowance, health cover, English training program, and return air fares for family reunion. Participants are eager to know the programs as their questions were overflowing. Simply said, the time was not enough to answer all of the questions.
