For example, the usual B12 in meat, it can also be obtained from the existing nutrients in tempeh and tofu”, explains Stella.
Wahyuni also explained the background of AM PM title, is a guide to all recipes from breakfast to dinner, from appetizer to dessert.
“So the meal plan is also included for the readers about the food menu in a week, so it can be planned and budgeted for the weekly expenses. Suppose one material can be for some recipes “, Wahyuni explained.
Not only the students involved in the making of this book, but they also actively consulted with the expert nutritionist, dr. Diana F. Suganda, MKes. Sp.GK regarding each of the ingredients in the food.
